This reversible cropped, long sleeve “Hazel” Jacket is handmade from vintage Indian cotton saris, which were embellished with traditional Kantha hand quilting by Indian villagers. Designed to flatter a woman’s natural curves, this colorful jacket with patch pockets inside and out, sits just above the hips. Whether you dress is up or down, you’ll love wearing it. Personally, I love the interesting collar that can be work flopped open or pinned shut (think of your favorite vintage pin) for a more elegant look. Prepare yourself for all the compliments.
Did I mention how soft the fabric is? It’s made with layers of thin vintage cotton saris that were worn and loved and hand quilted into a blanket. The colors are vibrant and there are often quirky patches covering wear spots. “Hazel” is available in two sizes: size 1 (fits small/medium) or size 2 (fits medium/large). Each garment is one of a kind and sure to become one of your favorites.
